Have I mentioned how much I love Pinterest?  Oh… I have?  More than once?  Well, I can pretty much guarantee that this won’t be the last time either!  (BTW, be sure to follow me on Pinterest!!)

I saw these the other day and I MUST make them.  Right now, actually.

Don’t they look amazing??

They are super easy and can be made gluten-free as well.

Head over here to see the recipe: Homemade Coconut Macaroons Drizzled In Chocolate

These would be perfect to add to a holiday treats gift basket for neighbors, friends, and/or teachers!!

We were just at Disneyland, and they top them with White chocolate and a little bit of powdered sugar to make it look like snow 🙂
