Homemade Fruit Snacks

Serves: 6
  • 2 cups (16 oz.) 100% Fruit Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Gelatin (or more if you want it thicker)
  • 4 Tbsp. Honey
  1. Pour 1 cup of the fruit juice into a small pot for the stove and mix the fruit juice with the 2 Tablespoons of Gelatin.
  2. Heat on Med-Low heat until all of the Gelatin is dissolved.
  3. While the Gelatin is dissolving, add the 4 Tbsp. of Honey.
  4. Add the hot mixture to the other 1 cup of fruit juice.
  5. Pour into a silicone mold, or a greased baking pan.
  6. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  7. Remove from the mold, or cut the mold in the pan into small bite-size squares.
  8. Roll in sugar if desired.
