Roasted Garlic
  • Heads of garlic
  • Olive Oil
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Peel away papery outer skin of garlic cloves while leaving the skin of the individual cloves on
  3. Cut off top ¼ inch of the garlic head, exposing tops of garlic cloves
  4. Place cloves in a muffin tin
  5. Drizzle 2 Tsp olive oil on each head, spread oil over tops with back of a spoon
  6. Cover tops of each head with aluminum foil
  7. Bake for 35 minutes, garlic should feel soft when pressed
  8. Allow garlic to cool
  9. Squeeze soft, spreadable garlic out of each clove
