Basil Pesto

- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 TBS pine nuts
- 3 C loosely packed basil leaves
- ½ C extra virgin olive oil
- ½ C parmesan cheese
- Place garlic, salt and pine nuts in a blender. Chop until evenly blended.
- Add basil and olive oil to blender. Mix until smooth.
- Add cheese and blend until combined.
