Basil Pesto

Ingredients
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 TBS pine nuts
  • 3 C loosely packed basil leaves
  • ½ C extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ C parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Place garlic, salt and pine nuts in a blender. Chop until evenly blended.
  2. Add basil and olive oil to blender. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add cheese and blend until combined.
