It is good! I really like greek yogurt (and regular yogurt), but some of my friends aren’t sure about the richer flavor and texture of greek yogurt. The yoplait brand does not have as rich of a flavor as other brands of greek yogurt I have tried, it is more like regular yogurt so it may be easier for some to stomach. It has the extra protein! and no fat
