I don’t think WM really has cycles, it’s more when the Qs come out and expire.
I work at Walmart. Our adds are kinda spontaneous. Plus every store is different when it comes to pricing. My store is really picky about coupons and we only price match stores within a 20 mile radius. Walmart is a little had to coupon at sometimes so make sure you have your stores coupon policy!
