I picked up the Sambucol but it was $13.99, so I didn't make anything off it. The first Walgreens I went to gave me a hard time on every coupon I had that was over. In fact, they even fought me on the extra penny I got for the Sambucol. I went to a second Walgreens to get the deals that I would have had surplus on, and they gave me no problems. I just had to get some candy to make sure it all covered, and I paid the tax. I wish I had gone there first! Ah well. I did get 4 free hair care products, and a few other freebies out of it, so I guess I can't complain too much. :-) Also, my first Walgreens wouldn't let me use a coupon on the second of the BOGO deals :-( Thanks for the breakdown! Then, on my second transaction I wanted to use the $10RR that I earned and the cashier kept saying it wouldn't take it. I had to add one more item each time till I got up to over $5 before it would take it. He said I had to make the total balance less the RR over the tax amount. Does that make sense? The manager said it won't print off the RR when you use coupons to make it go under the $25, because that is "double dipping". I need to find a new Walgreens to shop at.
