    I prefer nicer pictures

  2. Amy says:

I like the nicer pix best, but truly, whatever is easiest for you!

  3. Kat says:

    Nicer pictures please!

  4. Anonymous says:

I love and appreciate the nice pics!

  5. The Nordgren Family says:

I think the nicer pictures look best, but I think no pictures would be fine too… Hey, can anyone tell me where to look for the Roots of Nature hair care? I was just at Walgreens this morning and couldn’t find anything – I looked in the shampoo, etc isle, as well as the organic skincare, etc area. The store clerk couldn’t find it either. If it’s a new product, maybe it’s not available yet? I find it so frustrating when the store employees aren’t in the loop about the current ad.

  6. Rachel @ Surviving The Stores says:

I just got back from Walgreens and I found it with the Shampoo. It was next to all of the SoftSheen-Carson products. There was one small row of products mixed in with all of the other ones.

    Hope that helps!

  7. Marie says:

Roots of Nature is for African American’s correct? Or has anyone used it on non coarse hair. Not sure I want to do the deals if I end up with something no one can use here.

    Thanks!

Are you people kidding? This is a blog post, not a children’s picture book! Who cares if they are the “nicer” pictures or not! I mean, really, would you take the time to post all of this helpful information and then put up the nice pictures? If so, then you don’t need this blog.
I think the post is great, and I am more than happy with the pictures!

  9. SheR! says:

At first i thought it was kinda rude asking for nice pics so i understand your misunderstanding (last person to post) but as i scrolled back up and ready her actual post before the helpful information i realized she had asked our opinions! lol

  10. Kat says:

Yes SheR!, we were just answering her question. I love her posts with or without pics; and who says I’m a grownup anyway? :)

  11. Rachel @ Surviving The Stores says:

    Marie,

Yes, I believe it is for African Americans. I am going to give it to my neighbors! :)

    Anonymous and SheR,

I probably should’ve put the question in bold (about wanting to know if people liked the ad scan pictures or the “nicer” pictures better). It looks like the nicer pictures win, and I like them better too! :)

  12. Anonymous says:

If you can’t use this great product then consider donating it. That Would be a great thing to do.

  13. NewbieSmiles says:

Yes, donate it. Doing a nice thing for people of color as well as those that are ‘color-challenged’ is nice to do. I have noticed (I am a new couponner) that nothing I have gotten deals on thus far has been for ethnic people. Why not get it for donating purposes – after all WE ARE ALREADY PROFITING from it by relieving WAGS of their inventory! :)

  14. Travise says:

I must have missed something…who are these “people of color”; black people? People like me? Indians, Asian; what color and what product is it that is being donated? When you come in on the tail end it looks like the “people of color” needed this product to be donated so “you could help them”? You need my address to mail it to me?

  15. Rachel @ Surviving The Stores says:

    Hey Travise!

The product they were discussing is the Roots of Nature hair care product. People were wondering why they should get this product (even though it’s free) and some were recommending that if they can’t use it to give it to someone they know that can.

All of pictures on the Softsheen-Carson products are of African-Americans.
