I was purchasing 2 mascaras at Ulta (from Loreal) and I had two IP coupons for $1/1 any Loreal product and an Ulta coupon for $3.50 off $10 purchase and was told I could only use the store coupon or the manuf. coupons. Has anyone run into this problem?
