I've been having a lot of issues with Target coupons too - http://www.wilsonwrites.com/target-coupon-issues/.

I've read around different blogs that they are allowing manufacturer and store coupons to be stacked, but not at the Target where I've been doing it for a long time...wah wah :)

Thanks for the link. However, having a coupon policy 'in-hand' does me no good at my Target.
:( They refuse to lower the price of the coupon for anything...including clearance or travel size items. I spoke with the Manager, and they said it is up to each store to decide whether or not they will follow..... blah. Best of luck to others with the policy:)

I wish Target would add something about trial or travel size products! I would love to whip the policy out when I am useing a coupon for a travel size! I have used them before at the very same Target but it just depends on the day if they let me use them or not.
I purchased 2 of the Crest strips about 2 days ago and today I went in and got 4 of them. O boy I guess I should have just got them one at a time! She commented on the price being more them the sale item and I got my little Target policy out and told her all she needed to do was lower the coupon amount. Well when she got all done she calls the dreaded supervisor over and shows her and first I got that it was to much and then when I said about lowering the price she right aways said we are not suppose to use coupons on trial sizes. That is not what coupons were made for! Ugggg!! Whatever! I said well I will do what ever you feel is the thing to do. So she says no we can't do that. I say ok no problem and proceed to dig out all 4 of my product and she actually acted offended that I would not buy them!!I told her o I can't buy things with out a coupon being used for it! hahaha Whatever right?
Karla

Today I went to Target armed with LOTS of coupons. Here is what I go and how much I paid:

35 Fiber One Cereals
1 Cheerios Cereal
10 Fiber One Bars
Scrabble Jr
Monopoly Jr
Jenga
Scrabble Slam
Clue Jr Carnival
Leap Frog Frig Farm
30 Cheese Sticks
1 Pineapple

Total $286.26
Coupons Used: $256.90
Total Paid: $29.36
Gift Cards Rewards: $45

So bottom line I made $15.64 and bought tons of stuff! Also, part of the savings was price matching cereal for $1.88 (KMart). I will be heading to the Food Bank with lots of cereal
