Target Deals 11/8 – 11/14

November 9, 2009 · 13 comments

I try to filter out the old deals and expired coupons each week, but sometimes I miss some, so if you see a coupon that has expired, please let me know in the comment section and I will take it off!

Target will take ONE Manufactuer coupon and ONE Target coupon per item. If you are having trouble using coupons at your Target, then send them an email (their email is on their website) and ask for their coupon policy. They will send you back an email with their coupon policy and I would recommend printing that and taking it with you! Also, don’t be afraid to talk to a manager and/or call customer service (yes, right there in the store!) if you need to.

Hi Rachel! I just wanted to add that Target will price match the Tag reading system to the Aldi’s ad (if you have one in your area!) The Aldi price is $36.99. That brings the total down to $16.99 after the Target and Manuf. Qs.

Thanks for all the tips! Lesley

@Lesley MItchell, Thanks, Lesley! I will add that to the list.

Stephanie Reply:

@Lesley MItchell,
FYI – When price matching they will only give you a difference if the in-ad amount is still lower after Target Coupon. If the Target Coupon doesn’t match up to the item on your receipt then it would probably work but that would be dishonest IMHO.

Am I reading the Target lightbulb coupon wrong, mine that I just printed says nothing about buying 2. The 2 Target coupons say $2.00 off GE Reveal or Energysmart but nothing about buying 2. The manufacturer coupon is $1/2. So if I am reading this correct and you buy 2 at $2.04 each and use the two of the $2 TQ and one the $1 MQ (2.04+2.04-$2TQ-$2TQ-1MQ=-.92!) If I am wrong someone please correct me but my Target coupon says nothing about buying 2 only the MQ says that.

Is the link right for the GE Light Bulbs target coupon? When I click, it’s taking me to coupons.com and I can’t give them 2 manufacturer’s coupon on the same item can I?

Rachel,
Have you actually ever seen the Bordeaux Butt paste for $1? I have looked in the trial size section as well as the baby section and have been to two different Targets. I cannot find this, but I have LOTS of coupons and would like to find it to give to friends. As always, thanks and YOU ROCK!

Rachel @ Surviving The Stores Reply:

@Rachel, I haven’t seen them at the Targets that are closest to me, but I know of others who have found them at their Target. The blogger who originally told me about the deal found them at her store in Fort Worth.

I’m curious: How do you get the coupons out of the Glade Holiday Scented Candle Tins in time to use them at the checkout? They’re sealed up pretty tightly. Do you open them up right after the cashier scans them in?

Thanks for the heads up about the SC Johnson rebate for the Glade deal at Target. That is something that the other sites I visit have not mentioned. You just made this a money maker for me. Thanks!!

Got the overage on 8 of the GE lightbulbs, and 15 of the Baby wipe tubs for 27 cents each.
The baby wipe refill packs are in the travel area and are really small, it was a much better deal to get the baby wipes tubs and pay the bit extra. Price was $1.27 before coupon and 27 cents after. The coupon says only one per transaction, but the cashier rang up all 15 and took all the coupons. They also took 5 of the 50 cents off duncan hines cake mixes, which made them 47 cents each after coupon. Plus got a $5 catalina off my next Target purchase.
