Just wanted to bring to your attention that anyone that printed this off the first day or so that it was online, it doesn’t specify that the purchase has to be done between 10-1-09 and 6-30-09. I went to Kmart right after printing it on 9-30-09 and bought my Glade items. Shortly after, they changed the form and added the dates. I am going to send in my rebarte form in hopes that they will accept it.
