This Friday – Sunday, August 6-8, Sam’s Club is hosting a nationwide open house for non-members to come and shop! They are waiving the customary 10% non-member fee all weekend, so anyone who would like can come and shop as if they were a member.
According to their press release they have only done this a handful of times in the history of their store, so it will likely be a while before they do this again. I’m looking forward to heading over there as I’ve heard they have some great deals on organic products and veggie chips! Plus, when we did have a Sam’s membership many moons ago, I seem to remember them having LOTS of free samples, enough to take care of lunch after church on Sunday.
