I called my local Safeway (Denver) and they had me call customer service. The agent informed me that this promotion is ONLY going on this week in Portland, Seattle and S. California. ;-( Has anyone found this to NOT be true?

I live in North Idaho and the promo is going on here. I have the ad…some of the coupons aren’t the same as I have seen posted but the kohls cash and free breakfast promotions are both going on here.
