I would like to know why it takes an hour to change oil in the New Martinsville store when you have people standing around picking there nose and the man at the counter tells you it is because of the paper work involved and the time in the shop that takes so long. Well I know you have computers to make things faster, and you have 3 or 4 people in the shop lookin around, so why so long. I am 70 years old and I can change oil in my auto in about 15 minutes in the drive way and check everything else out under the hood. So why so long..
