Wefitfamilies.com is hosting a twitter party on May 1st! Have you guys ever been to a twitter party before? As crazy as it sounds, it’s really a lot of fun and a great way to meet and network with new people. With three little ones underfoot it definitely takes some creativity to meet our family’s fitness goals. I received a Wii Fit this past Christmas (LOVE it!) and we all gather around and take turns running through the country-side or hula hooping! On days with nice weather, you’ll find us at the park or jumping on the trampoline.
My youngest is a little over a year now and since she was little I have been exercising WITH her. I will lay on my back, hold her in the air, bring her down and then back up again. She absolutely loves it when I do “tricep curls” with her behind my head!
