Weekly menu planning has been one of the biggest budget savers for our family. Each Sunday evening I take some time (generally around 20 minutes or so) to think about what I have in my freezer, refrigerator and pantry and I write out what we are going to have that week.

I post that menu here on Surviving The Stores each Monday, along with recipes and/or links to recipes that I will be using that week.
