
Hey, it’s still Monday, right?
Here’s what’s on the menu this week:
Monday: Mini Chicken Pot Pies – I had no idea what I was going to make tonight until I saw on my friend Stephanie’s blog, Couponing 101, that she was making mini chicken pot pies this week! I pretty much had all of the ingredients so why not make it too!! They turned out awesome – another recipe that both of my kids (3 and 6) said, “Can we have this every night?” I tweaked her recipe a little to accommodate what I had on hand. I used Valley Fresh Steamers Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots with Cheese Sauce instead of shredded cheese, peas and carrots.
Tuesday: Eating with friends!
Wednesday: Stuffed Red Bell Peppers (without the Tabasco!)
Thursday: Homemade Chips with Edamame Hummus and grilled chicken tenders
Friday: Taco Soup with cheese and chips — SUPER easy!
Saturday: Roast, potatoes and carrots in the crock pot – I stick cloves of garlic in my roast and pour dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix over the top
Sunday: Leftovers!
