There is no upgrade coupon, and if you call the # you get a fast busy signal, they do not give out the corporate # but on the overnight delivery # the info I got was if you print out the page (where it says upgrade and asks for your info) the store will honor that as a $9.00 off coupon.
I would call my local store and verify that before I take it in!
