Hasbro Toy Deal at Kohls!

Casey left a comment on the Hasbro/Playskool coupon post I did last week letting me know that Kohls is having a toy clearance this week of 40% off!

If you are on the Kohls mailing list, then you likely got store coupons in the mail for 30%, 20% or 10% off your purchase.

Combine the sale with the % off Kohls coupon AND the manufacturer coupons to score some pretty sweet deals!

I have been hearing mixed reports on whether or not Kohls will accept manufacturer coupons, so I called customer service tonight to check with them. They said that it is up to each individual store manager to decide if they will accept them, so be sure to call your local store first!

Casey was able to get the Musical Sit ‘N Spin for $8 and the Mr. Potato Head for only $3! Wow!

Make sure to print your coupons for this deal HERE.

  1. I just wanted to say to be VERY careful with Kohls toy prices. I’m sure that with the sale and the coupons, there will be good prices. However Kohls is known for jacking up their toy prices so that they can have good “sales”. I remember last “black friday” I went there first because of the 50% off toy sale. However, being the frugal girl that I am, I knew the prices of all the toys that I was looking for (I knew the Target/Wal Mart price). Every SINGLE THING that I was looking for was ridiculously priced. The prices were such that after the 50% off, they were the same price as what you’d pay regular price at Wal Mart. Crazy. I stormed out of that place and went straight to Wal Mart 🙂

    • @Kim C,

I totally agree! This is more than likely only a great deal IF you are able to use BOTH coupons (the store coupons and the manuf. coupons).

I have been shocked at how much Kohls raises the toy prices as well, but with the sale, and the Kohls coupon, AND the manuf. coupons it looks like the price will be less than Walmart on this one.

  2. I just called Kohl’s in Hermitage, TN and she said they DID NOT take MFG Q’s

  3. My local store (in NC) accepted these without hesitation.
