  1. This is fantastic!! Buying gluten-free foods can be SO expensive, and there are rarely any coupons for the items. Thanks for this!

  2. Susan Martin says:

Thank you so much for reaching out to us gluten-free people!

  3. Surviving The Stores says:

Susan – As much as I try to fight it, I have a feeling I’m going to be GF sometime within the next year. I’m on a gluten-restricted diet right now and every time I eat wheat I get EXTREMELY tired. :(

  4. Samantha Cantrill says:

People and their gluten free diets crack me up. There is nothing unhealthy about gluten and only less than 1% of the population even has Celiac disease. Just another scam to get people to pay more for nothing.

    • As someone with a Celiac child, I can say that many families have gone gluten free to help someone in their household. I occasionally eat gluten, but there isn’t anything “scammy” when I don’t. I have to show my Celicac kid that there are good, enjoyable meals that are gluten free. Most of our meals are gluten free to make it easier for all of us to eat together at the same time. Not that I don’t enjoy the constant misplaced judgement from others, though…

    • Anonymous says:

I don’t have Celiac, but I have a gluten intolerance that causes severe digestive pain. Tell my stomach that it’s a scam every time I double over in pain! Scam my foot! Don’t be insensitive to others just because you are uneducated about gluten issues.

    • Samantha –
Unexpressed thoughts are good too – a lot of people now have intolerances to gluten and you are an insensitive twat for taking the time to express your ignorance. Next time – just STFU. Many issues can be traced to gluten insensitivities. Three of the four members of my family have issues with gluten and numbers in society are rising as doctors now see connections made with physical issues and gluten intake. The folks on this site are nice enough to share coupons of all types here for all types of people, so accept the coupons graciously and if you won’t use them, don’t take them. This isn’t the proper forum for this type of discussion.

    • Brian Robinson says:

Celiac disease is an auto immune disorder – a REAL disease. One in 133 people have it. I did not get diagnosed until I was 60 and only then because I had severe anemia. When I got diagnosed my wife looked up the symptoms and I had been suffering from most of them for years. I have lost jobs because of dealing with the digestive problems and the mood swings that many Celiac patients suffer from. If you don’t have Celiac, then good for you, but dont be critical of those eating gluten free. You do not know their problems.

    • Sabrina says:

Why are you on this site anyway if that’s how you feel? Get off. You don’t have any reason to be here.

  5. Agreed. As someone with Celiac Disease (and to Samantha’s comment below, it’s now more than 1%) it can be very expensive to follow a gluten free diet. Thank you for sharing these coupons!

  6. Noel Brabson Lenhart says:

Thank you so much for this! My 8yo daughter is gluten-free. It can be quite expensive.

  7. Susan Martin says:

Thanks for always focusing on the gf crowd! It’s SOOOOOOOO expensive to buy gf bread, etc. that it becomes a “treat” instead of a meal! We usually keep it to fruits, veggies, pasta (GF of course!) oh, and Chipotle! Thank Goodness for them!

  8. Francesca says:

Samantha, I was a skeptic as well, but after years of my son complaining of stomach aches and missing school for days because he couldn’t function I secretly replaced his foods with gluten free products and sure enough he hasn’t had a relapse since. He was young enough to not notice the difference. The doctor has “diagnosed” him as gluten intolerant.

  9. :)

  10. Can you share what this HUGE difference is? I am curious, thank you.

    • Amy,

My M-I-L was having problems with eating. It seemed that about an hour (at most) after eating a meal, she was in the bathroom with severe diarrhea. She would then be in for hours. She was loosing weight at an astronomical rate. In addition, she had become very foggy, unclear in her thoughts. She began to determine that anytime she ate bread and pasta she was getting ill. She then chose to change her diet to gf and within weeks, the change was noticeable. She became clear headed, stopped having problems with diarrhea. Not long ago, she was making macaroni salad, some of her noodles and some of our noodles. She forgot what she was doing, and tasted the regular noodle. Even spitting it out did not help, within 20 minutes she was in the bathroom 6 times… Please note your mileage may vary…

  11. Amy Rodzik Hunter – I´m going to go into it in detail in a future post, but for me it has been having energy throughout the day, sleeping MUCH better, and about 15 pounds of weight loss since mid-Feb.

  12. hmmm wonder if my friend FemiandCarlee Dawodu would be interested in these gluten free coupons ;)

  13. Shalynn Weeden check it out.

  14. Tammy Dimsdale Conner look!

  15. Suzanne Bunszel for Lisa

  16. Thanks!

  17. E Kristine Morris!

  18. Tiffani Michele: I know you were posting about gluten free stuff (or am I losing it?) ha.

  19. I was! Thank you!

  20. I just wanted to let you know the Snyders of Hanover coupon is not going to work with the gluten free pretzels. The coupon is for the 16 oz or more bags of pretzels and the GF ones only come in 8 oz sizes. :( It’s a bummer cause they are my favorite.

    • Thanks so much for letting us know Amanda! I will update the list. I’m also going to send them an email and ask if they could have a coupon option for their gluten-free customers! Maybe if enough of us send an email they will do something about it. :)

  21. Quality articles is the crucial to be a focus for the visitors to visit the website, that’s what this web site is providing.

  22. Thank you! I just spent $207 at Whole Foods yesterday. I’m a single mom and can’t keep that up, I *really* need to start feeling alive for his sake.
