I tried this but the code ULTRA didn’t work- it seems to only work for orders of $25 or more. So shipping was still $4.99 minus the $5 code (but plus whatever you are buying)
they changed the shipping so that you have to spend 25 to get it for 1.99
Bummer! I hate it when companies change things up in the middle of the promotion! Sorry about that!
