This led me to another link AFTER I took the survey. More than likely that link causes spam mail and scams. I have seen similar sites that I have had issues with. This doesn't seem like a good deal!
@Jocelyn Miller, I didn't see any extra links after I took the survey. Was it the link to create your own survey with Survey Monkey?
