I just called and they said I only added 4 reminders to my account when I show 15. She couldn't help me and said that all the $40 credits would be emailed by the 11th and to call back on Mon the 14th if you have a problem with what the email shows. I am so frustrated that they don't have the same info that my account shows that I have.

I called 1800993 1192. she was v.nice. she said they will send my savings pass next friday. it took me only 2 minutes.

I did not receive my coupon, so I called (800) 993-1192. I waited on hold for 30 minutes and was disconnected before even getting to speak with anyone! I emailed the company about the coupon; hope I receive a reply.

Looking at signing up for the fresh rewards now but it looks like they only give 15 points per reminder now with a max of 150 points total.

Thanks for the info. I have attempted emailing them about not receiving the credits and gotten absolutely no response from them at all. Guess I'll give calling a try.
