Mustard Fried Chicken
 
 
Ingredients
  • 5 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbs seasoned salt
  • 2 tbs garlic powder
  • 2 tbs onion powder
  • 2 tbs ground black pepper
  • 3 tbs yellow mustard
  • 3 C all-purpose flour
  • Oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Mix seasonings and sprinkle on both sides of chicken
  2. Coat each wing with thin layer of mustard
  3. Place flour in plastic bag and add chicken, shake to coat
  4. Heat oil in preferred method
  5. Add chicken and cook 6 minutes on each side or until juice runs clear
  6. Drain on paper towels and allow 5 minutes to cool
