Mustard Fried Chicken
- 5 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbs seasoned salt
- 2 tbs garlic powder
- 2 tbs onion powder
- 2 tbs ground black pepper
- 3 tbs yellow mustard
- 3 C all-purpose flour
- Oil for frying
- Mix seasonings and sprinkle on both sides of chicken
- Coat each wing with thin layer of mustard
- Place flour in plastic bag and add chicken, shake to coat
- Heat oil in preferred method
- Add chicken and cook 6 minutes on each side or until juice runs clear
- Drain on paper towels and allow 5 minutes to cool
