Well this is just absolutely genius! With the next house that we live in I’m really hoping to have a full-size laundry room (ours is teeny tiny right now and barely just fits the washer and dryer). And while having an accordion style fold up drying rack is nice, I think I like this one even better!! And it looks super easy to make too!

And yes, I know it’s a space saving idea so I should be able to put it in a smaller laundry room, but it wouldn’t work with the way ours is set up right now.
I’m with you…one day when I have a larger laundry room this is a great idea. Nothing wrong with wanting to save space even in a larger room!
I was thinking that if we weren’t moving in two months, I’d build two of these for my hallway. It would work perfectly!
We had a great similar one that was attached to the cabinet above the dryer. AWESOME!!! Especially for little items.
I think you could salvage some old crib sides…hmmmm maybe put cabinet doors over it when shut…even hid the doors by disguising them as pictures.
