I have been drooling over the Otterbox phone/ipod cases for about a year now and I was so excited to finally get to try it out!
Otterbox is a seemingly indestructible case for your phone or electronic gadget. Just do a quick search on Youtube for “Otterbox Test” and you will see all kinds of videos of people dropping their phone from buildings, running over their phone with their car, submerging their phone in water (certain cases) and then it STILL WORKING!!
The Otterbox case that I received (the Defender Series) has a plastic case that snaps around your phone, and then a silicone case to go around the plastic. I now feel comfortable letting my kids play around with my iPod Touch! And my husband now has a case that he loves for his Motorola Droid Phone (I was surprised that Otterbox had a case for the Droid since it’s such a different type of phone!)
