I’m way more excited about Walgreens this week than I am about CVS. But here is a beginner scenario (starting out with $0 in ECBs) that anyone could do to get started “CVSing.”

You can view the coupon matchups HERE.

Transaction #1:

Buy Colgate 360 Sensitive Toothbrush – $3.99
Use 75¢/1 coupon
Pay $3.24 out of pocket

Get back $3.99 ECBs

Transaction #2:

Buy Softsoap Scrub Body Wash – $4.99
Use $1/1 coupon
Pay $3.99 with the ECBs you earned from Transaction #1

Get back $4.99 ECBs!

Priya,The $80 is how much you have spent the past winter at CVS. Every 3 months, you get 2% of your purchases back in the form of ECBs. So you should get $2 in ECBs for the $80 that you spent at CVS during the last 3 month. Once the ECBs are available, they can be printed at the price scanning machine, or they will print at the end of your receipt.Hope that helps!

I am completly new to this ECB thing.... have moved to US just recently in dec... and after reading all these threads... understand from their website that i had a about $80 winter spending... does this mean ECB to be printed at register?? how does this whole this work... is this the same that gets printed in the receipt at the end of each purchase??... which has a certain expiry date with it?? which isnt more than a week.... can you pls help me out ... so that even i can enjoy CVS shopping like u guys... thanks:-)
