Okay, thanks! Don't want to get a cashier in trouble. Will stick to using just one. Still a great deal.Debbie

Hi Debbie! The $3/1 CVS coupon says "one coupon per customer" or something similar. Typically the cashiers will pick up on that and not let you use two coupons. If they don't pick up on it then they could get in trouble with their manager if they allow you to use 2 of the CVS coupons.

I'm still learning this couponing stuff but am wondering...could you use two of the $3/1 CVS coupons, the $2/1 5/17 SS and the B1G1 printable on the Off Clip-ons to get two of them free?Debbie

Oh Yes! I get it now. Thanks for straightening that out in my head about the OFF coupon usage.

Victoria,That's really exciting! I sometimes think about how much we could have saved if I would have known about this at the BEGINNING of my marriage instead of 8 years into it! We wouldn't have gotten into debt, and we could have saved and given a LOT more. That's awesome that you are learning this now instead of later! Congrats on your first great CVS purchase! :)

Today was my first adventure at CVS and this week was my first week of shopping according to the principles I've learned here overall. I'm stoked! As a graduate student only able to work part-time with a mortgage to pay and not wanting to go into debt for school, I really appreciate the help. I'm also excited about learning principles to be put in place if I am blessed to become a stay-at-home mom one day. Yesterday I spent $19 at Publix on a TON of useful foods and saved $29 - amazing! Today I went ahead and started my CVS "account" (seems like a small initial investment yields BIG results) because so many of the items this weekend are useful ones for me. I just made a spreadsheet so I can keep track of the excitement. From what I figure, I came home with $29 worth of product (cereal x 2, nail polish, tampons, face wash, toothpaste), spent $13.50, and have $12 in ECB in my possession now! WOW! Net cost for all of that = $1.50. WOOHOO!! I think I'm going to be addicted. THANK YOU for all your help. My budget (and future family) will thank you :)

Went to CVS after church.. everything I wanted was in stock.., $47 before coupons and ECB's.. $16 OOP, and $16 ECB's to roll!!!

flemishe,You can use one Manufacturer's coupon and one CVS coupon per item. The $2/1 coupon is a manuf. coupon, but the $3/1 is specifically a CVS coupon.

Can you explain how to use 3 coupons on the off clip ons? I figured that the BOGO is attached to one of the starter kits, and the $3 Q is attached to the other, so how can you use the $2 Q? This always confuses me! :)

I got the 5/30 but I really don't think I will spend that much money at CVS. I normally only buy 10-15 worth of products and end up paying 5 or less for them after coupons and ECBS. There are just two of us here, one simple guy and me.

You're right! Even better! I am really looking forward to this week too! I'll be getting to my store at 8:00 am on Sunday morning. :)Thanks for the encouragement! I LOVE hearing that I have been able to help others save money! That's my goal!

From the ad, looks like the band aid deal is a limit of 2, not 1. Even better! So excited about all the CVS deals this week! I'll actually be able to use my $5/$30 Q that I got from the coupon machine earlier this week!Love, love, love your blog, btw! You're my favorite of all the deal blogs. The first one I come to and the one I rely on most. Thanks for all of the great info, you've save my family hundreds of dollars in the three months I've been reading!

Check your emails... I got a $5 off $30 purchase!!

I was just at my CVS and they had Butterfinger Crisp bars on clearence for 22 cents a piece. Good buy!

i was really excited after seeing next weeks flier! im going to have to go early to my CVS in case they dont order enough stuff to go around. andd ive got all the coupons and $10 EB to stary off with!
