Not to be a downer, but new census results reported that 16% of Americans are living in poverty.  The holidays can be an especially challenging time, and we have a great opportunity to help!  Food pantries rely heavily on donations, and a lot of those items can be purchased with coupons!

Thanks to Passionate Penny Pincher, we’ve compiled a list of coupons that you can use to buy items to donate!  This could also be a really fun opportunity to involve your kids in giving to others!

Stuffing/Dressing Mix

Potatoes/Gravy

Fruits/Veggies/Canned Tomatoes

Canned Tuna

Cake/Brownie Mixes

More Printable Coupons!

(Thanks, Passionate Penny Pincher)

Is the coupon no longer available? Here are some reasons why it may not be available any longer: (1) The print limit has been reached (the company may make more prints available at a later time), (2) The expiration date has passed, or (3) The post isn’t a recent post (be sure to check the date on the post above).

  1. I just donated over a $1,000 worth of stuff to the Women’s Shelter in my City, but I did NOT pay near that for it. Ex. I got big bottles of St. Ives lotion for .99 with a 50% off that and then a .25 each bottle coupon. Total .25 each bottle. Woo hoo what a deal. That is $3.68 in the stores. Pay it forward is my moto.

  3. Do not forget the soaps, shampoos and personal care products. They can not buy them with food assistance check or cards. Little things can change the way a person is viewed by others.
