$52.95 worth of Olay products for $2.32 at CVS.com

WOW!! I thought I had gotten my last amazing CVS deal for the year on Thanksgiving, but Mercedes @ Common Sense With Money proved me wrong. She posted this morning about a great deal at CVS.com where you can get $50 worth of Olay products for only $5 (it ended up being less for me).

Here is how to do it:

1) Log in at CVS.com and put $50 worth of Oil of Olay facial moisturizer or cleanser products into your cart. As soon as your cart hits $50 it will take off $10 automatically. Make sure to check this so that you don’t keep adding items after the $10 has been taken off.

2) Go to the coupon codes section and put in both of the following codes “MASTERCARD” (substracts $10 when you use your Mastercard) and “MEDICARE” (subtracts $5)

3) Pay for your order with your Mastercard (the $10 off from the Mastercard code won’t come off until you enter your Mastercard number)

4) Automatically get free shipping on orders over $50

5) Wait for your order to arrive and then submit this form along with the UPCs and receipt to get a $20 rebate on a $50 purchase of Oil of Olay Cleansers or Moisturizers (valid on purchases before 12/6/08). You must send the rebate off by Dec. 20th.

This is how my order total worked out… I think they took off shipping without adding it in, so that’s why it is lower. **EDIT: I’m looking at it again and I don’t think it was the shipping… I have absolutely no idea how it worked out!** I’m not sure if it would do this for everyone though. My order should’ve been around $27 plus tax, but it ended up at $22.

How are you going to put the UPC codes on the rebate form? I am about to place my order….will I have to wait until my order arrives before I can submit my rebate?

Jackie,

Yes, we will have to wait until the receipt arrives with the package. The items have to be purchased by Dec. 6th, but the form just has to be mailed by Dec. 20th. The products should be delivered in plenty of time.

Hope that helps!

I just did this and mine is very similar but my savings is $30.49 not $40.49, so it looks like you hot a mystery $10 free. Way to go!

hi Rachel,
so would I be able to do that also
seeing that I am in oregon and we

Wow! Thanks so much for this tip. I love the pricier Olay moisturizer but hate to pay $20 a bottle. My total came to $32, and with $20 rebate that is really a great deal! Note: it made me capitalize “MASTERCARD” in the coupon field before it would accept that code…

Is a body wash considered a cleanser? I don’t really do all those creams and anti-aging stuff… so I got the body wash and facial cleansers, and facial cleansing clothes. Can I still submit the 20 rebate?

You did luck out by getting an extra 10 off in there somehow! Lucky!!!

Laura,

I would argue that the body wash should count as a cleanser. I think you would have a strong case there. If you have any problems with not getting the rebate, just give customer service at P&G a call and they will take care of it for you (I've heard they are very helpful!)

Yeah.. your “coupons” read $35. I just did this and mine says $25.. wonder how you got the additional $10 off? So strange. I’m going for body washes/cleansers so hopefully it will work for me.

Don’t mean to scare anyone but I got an email from CVS yesterday saying they were running behind shipping out orders. I placed an order on the first and it is still in the processing stage. If it wasn’t for that, I’d be all over this deal.
