The company giving these out (The Help Your Pet, Get to the Vet program through Bayer Health Care) is giving away 80 every hour (up to 1,000 per day) from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM ET starting February 16 and ending on February 28,2009.
Your vet will fill out the voucher, then you attach it to your receipt and mail it in by May 31, 2009 to get your $20 rebate check.
Hollie suggests filling out the form and then waiting until the new hour strikes before hitting send. You only get one chance to get it per computer so make sure your printer is set up and ready to print.
With the economic times as they are, I know many people are finding it harder and harder to have the means to shell out the money that it takes to take care of a pet. Hopefully this will be of some help!
Also, HERE is a list of organizations by state that can help you take care of your pet (providing assistance such as pet food, discounted veterinary services including spay/neuter, temporary foster care, etc.)
Just was able to print out my rebate form. My cat is due for his vaccinations in May so this will be great to use. I had spotted this offer a few days ago but was unable to locate it yesterday. Thanks for posting it. f you get the message that they have reached the hourly limit when trying right on the hour, try again immediately as their clock may not have moved to the next hour.
